I still have a guestion, I breeded leafeon and ditto right? So I got an eevee from the egg and it evolved into a glaceon and then I tried to breed the ditto with it, but it didn't work so I'm starting to think that if I breed ditto and machamp, it won't work. Is that true?
@starfykirbyfan1241 Ditto works with pretty much everything except a few weird exceptions (legendaries, babies, Nidorina and Nidoqueen I think covers it). So it will work with Glaceon and Machamp, I imagine you just need to run around a lot more to get the Egg. Remember if Day Care Man DOESN'T say something to the effect of, "They prefer to play with Pokémon other than each other" you will get an Egg if you run around long enough.
@NintenBeau Well cuz when I put my ditto and my glaceon in the daycare, the man said that "they would rather play with other pokemon then with each other" so I don't really know what to do because I have a schedule to keep because my dad only lets me play on Fridays for 2 hours because he wants me to get into a good college.
@starfykirbyfan1241 The Day Care man shouldn't say that about that pair. Ditto + Glaceon works. The only thing I can say is if perhaps either is cheated for, then they may not work since they are not legit. If you got any in a trade then they could be cheated for without you knowing.
@crazywhitekids911 A lot of Water types and other fossils in general. To get a more specific look, check out Tirtouga on Serebii or Bulbapedia and click on the Egg groups that it says Tirtouga is in (Water 1 and Water 3).
@Yassopyxis The last I saw NinBuzz had temporarily changed their site to cope better but do intend to get their articles back, and from looking at things that still appears to be the same. Luckily this video is detailed enough to suffice, the guide just has better examples and is a little bit more detailed, but this video doesn't miss anything important.

@NintenBeau I used the Everstone trick and got eh right nature + ability faster.
Everstone, when put on female in breeding, makes it so that the nature have a 50% chance to be passed to hatched Pokémon. Gave everstone to the right nature one and breeded untill I got the right ability ;)
is there any other pokemon besides ditto i can use to breed i haven't beaten teh elite four yet so heres my thing right now i have a meganium (GTS) and a bisharp (caught by me and i named it blade man) and i cant have them breed because the guy says "they prefer to play with other pokemon than each other" so could an audino work? or something else also since zoroark is NOT a legendary that means i can breed him but like i said i dont have any dittos and i have a question can victini breed?
@DarkZero232 'Prefer to play with others...' as the video says is a sign they cannot breed together (they are incompatible). Audino can't breed with either (you didn't make it clear which one). Check the egg groups I list in the vid description and find your Pokémon to see who can breed with it (Remember the Female is what the egg baby is). If you have Females you're fine, but if you want to reproduce a Male you need Ditto. Zoroark can breed but Victini can't (it's legendary).
@NintenBeau thanks for replying also i got a ditto from the GTS and im creating charmander, chickorita, zorua, and cyndaquil eggs so hopefully i can get more starter pokemon anyway im also wondering if victini can create eggs i have a victini but i havn't gotten around to it yet but i would think it cant breed because that would defeat the purpose of the liberty pass but still.
@NintenBeau thanks for replying also can victini create eggs i have a victini and i finally got a ditto from the GTS so far i have created 3 eggs each and they are charmander, zorua, chickorita, cyndaquil, and squirtle i will get snivy, tepig, and oshawatt eggs and all of the eggs i just explained are hatched so you don't have to run around you just give them an EXP share and battle a level 39, 40, or 41 or a level 34 audino and they will gain enough exp to rocket them to level 16-18
What sucks is that I'm trying to get a snivy egg and I'm trying to breed my female (unlikely right!) serperior with my male wachog, so according to bulbapedia, I will have to run around about 1,280 steps before I can get my goddam egg. So before I strap on my jogging shoes is there anything else I can do to increase my odds?
@Rankerquat Awesome you've got a Female. Anyway, as the guide says, if you have a Magma Armour or Flame Body 'abilitied' Pokémon in your party, next to the egg (so if your egg is leading, it is second, if the egg is second the ability is in first or third slot etc). The Litwick and Larvesta families can have these abilities for Gen V (though lots of others have them too, this is just if you're not far enough to get other Pokémon). Use your Bike too :)
@tuffgirl527 That's great! A combination of good Pokemon and a bit of luck (since fast breeding isn't always guaranteed, it just becomes more likely).
i want to breed my Serperior(male) with another pokemon so that the Snivy breed has the move stone edge. i heard a Smergal would work but i want to know for sure because i want the final result to be a Snivy with the move stone edge and not ending up with me having 2 Smergals.
@yinyangdragonx Remember 1) Males pass on TM moves 2) Unless the partner is a Ditto, the Female is what the Egg is, so you'd need a Female Snivy/Ser... to get a baby Snivy that could have any special moves on it 3) You can only pass on moves the baby can actually know, the Snivy family cannot learn Stone Edge, you can only pass on TMs that Snivy can learn (which isn't a whole lot).
now thats why i chose Smergal because he can learn any move through his own move sketch and since stone edge is a tm, i though would work but i guess i'll go for iron tail then, time for me to get an onix and a ditto then
@darkbladeXII Glad it helped and thanks for the comment. As this video says, the only way of increasing shinies is having your two Pokémon in Day Care come from games of different languages (e.g. Japanese and English, French and German etc This makes you 4 times more likely to have a shiny), so unless one of those Pokémon wasn't caught by you and came from a game that's foreign to yours the odds of being shiny are the regular super low odds.
Now when you say 2 different languages for increased chances of shiny Pokemon, can one be English (the games default language) and one be Japanese or do the two languages have to completely different than the default language?
@wolfenstien9000 Hi, that's perfect, you've understood the idea completely with your first idea. So long as the 2 are different from one another, then that's cool. So English and Japanese is great. If you have 2 foreigners (for me say, a French and a German) then that's awesome too. I wish they'd make UK and Austrailia games have original English and not American English, then maybe that could count too haha.

@jadenyuki761 You need to do more of the game. See, initially in Black and White you can only put 1 Pokémon in. To get 2 in, you need to have the bike first, you need to get to Nimbasa City (and therefore have 3 Badges) to get the bike.
i have catch one golett who is lvl 33 and it have mega punch, iron defense, magnitude and dynamicpunch but one of the move who i will have berfore i elvole golett is shadow punch who golett only lear in lvl 13
@William1mars Go to Mistralton City and go to the right of the Pokémon with a Heart Scale, in there is a person who re-teaches moves, take your Golett and you'll be able to re-learn Shadow Punch. If you do want to breed Golett, if it's Female find a suitable Male partner and if it's Male you need a Ditto. I think you need to read the guide and watch this video and its sequel again, as it's clear you haven't understood the basics of breeding, and knowing them will help you greatly.
@William1mars Oh yeah, I thought it might be neutral but I forgot. If you have a neutral Pokémon (that's not a legendary) then you need a Ditto to breed. If you do the Heart Scale thing, your Golurk can still learn Shadow Punch.
@xsabirx I think you need to read the guide and watch the videos again, as this is exactly what they answer. If you want X with a certain move (or moves), get a Female X and a suitable Father that knows the move(s) and breed them together, then you will get a baby X that also knows the moves.

Very informative figures, I'm planning on breeding Munchlax lately, so I'm glad I watched this first. I had fun training a munchlax back in the day, so I suppose I'll have to find that incense b4hand. Liked, and gladly Favorited, as I have a feeling I'll need to watch it a couple times. I know the basics of bredding such as using a Mamgma armor or other ability to speed it up, but I learned a couple other things.
@MrArcadia2009 Good, I'm glad. Female Snorlax is a bit hard to come by if you're passing on moves, but a Ditto + Male is fine. I know bits of this guide could be a bit patronising to some, but some people don't know Male + Female = the Female or all the mechanics of how to pass on moves, or the Magma Armour trick. So I tried to cover as much as I could to hopefully teach even well seasoned people something. Thanks again and good luck with your Munchlax!
@Thefirewithin8 Though they can breed together (well observed and studied) the only Egg move a Litwick can get from a Stunfisk father is Endure. I mean it could inherit some TMs from a father possibly but they're TMs so you can just teach them to Litwick anyway. Remember, you can only inherit moves the baby can actually learn, and Litwick can't learn any Ground and Electric moves at the moment of writing.
@collin2187 No (it's part of why they work with anything), but it's that you treat them as if they do have genders when breeding. So if you're pairing it with a Male, think of your Ditto as Female and vice-versa, since the roles of the mother and father in breeding are important. Hope that helps!
@TheDavid123king You want a Smeargle. Enter Double Battles (route 3, wild ones are good) with a Male Smeargle and a partner knowing one of those 3 moves who is faster than Smeargle. Have your partner use e.g. Ice Punch and then have Smeargle use Sketch on your partner, then it will learn e.g. Ice Punch. Level it up to learn Sketch again and repeat with the other 2 moves, then breed your Ice Punch, Drain Punch and Dragon Dance Smeargle with a Female Scraggy.

Is anyone aware that you can breed a regular pokemon and a ditto and it can get egg moves. That happened to my cyndaquils. I used cyndaquil and a ditto. The baby new Flamethrower, Flamecharge, Tackle, and growl
@Prettyqqurl Egg Moves are a special set of moves, most of the time not TMs, those TMs are not Egg Moves for Cyndaquil (remember, TMs are breedable and pass on, but Egg moves are a special set of moves that can be passed on). For some Pokémon what you said works, as moves they learn whilst levelling count as Egg Moves. Tyrogue is a good example, moves its evolutions learn can be bred onto Tyrogue, such as Mach Punch from Hitmonchan.
ok i have a ferroseed female with leech seed and a boldore male with stealth rocks . i forget every move on both pokemon except for stealth rock on boldore and leech seed on ferroseed . i put them together ,they do their job and i get a ferroseed with leech seed and stealth rocks?
@filippos6 You need to rewatch the video/re-read the guide. Babies inherit moves from the Father, so the baby Ferroseed, regardless of its moves (be they TMs, Egg moves or regular moves) will only inherit TMs and Egg moves from the Father. Leech Seed is an Egg move, so with that combo you'll only get Stealth Rock. Get a Male Torterra with Stealth Rock and Leech Seed, that's the ideal father to get a Ferroseed with both desired moves.
@NintenBeau thx anyways. i downloaded pokegen and coped my ferroseed same lvl same stats. i just gave him stealth rocks and leech seed :). i Changed nothing excet fr the moves so it won't be SUCH a cheat right?
@filippos6 Yeah, I agree/ Though I never use cheats, I don't mind when people do purely for convenience sake, because your Ferroseed otherwise it legal, it's not like it's ability is Flash Fire or it's stats are 999 or anything weird and impossible. And I don't blame you, getting that Torterra means getting DPPtHGSS, raising one, using a Stealth Rock TM, trading it over... too much fuss.
@FiremanSSkarmoryfan Correct, Rotom can breed and it's not a legendary. It's a special Pokémon and a rare one but it's not legendary, in Black & White you can even get one on Route 15 by trading a Ditto.
only one problem with this i left my Nidoran♀ with ditto and got a Nidoran♂ once so it must be possible to get an Illumise from a Volbeat and Ditto but i never tried that yet
@zoriusth Very close, it actually it works the other way, Illumise + Partner = Volbeat or Illumise, which in a sense makes Illumise superior since you only need that to get the pair, but with Volbeat you can only breed Volbeats.
@TehEpicpixelz Very good question and one with a simple answer: you need to progress further in the game. I assume you've only got a few badges at the moment right? As you go through the story, I can't remember when, there is a point where you see the Day Care Man somewhere, he says he's going back to the Centre and from then on you can put 2 things into Day Care.
@TehEpicpixelz Hi again, just read on Bulbapedia, it claims you need the Bike in Nimbasa City, which you get from - so I was half right - the Day Care man. So you'll need the first 3 Gym Badges and to get to Nimbasa City.
wait does the pokemon with flame body have to be directly next to the egg in the party? because I have 1 Volcarona with flame body and 5 other eggs in my bag.
@luxio43 Yes, which means you can hatch 2 quickly at a time (one in front, one behind). Either keep just 2 at a time or run loads, hatch the first 2 then move 2 more eggs in suitable positions and then put the last one in place once one of those 2 has hatched.

@ichigo7824 No, Dittos cannot breed. The only way to get a Ditto with the Dream World ability is to get one from the Dream World. When it comes to breeding Dream World abilities, if you want a baby with one, one ofthe evolutionary family member parent has got to have the Dream World ability e.g. want a Charmander with DW ability, you need a Charizard with one.

@dogsarecoolio2 No. As the video says there are some Pokémon that can't breed at all, such as legendary Pokémon, Nidorina and Nidoqueen (don't ask me why about the last 2, it's random). Check the egg groups link provided, anything in the "can't breed" section cannot breed with anything else, even Ditto, but anything else from any other group can breed with Ditto (except Ditto, you can't have 2 Dittos breed).
@iAmMazi Nidoqueen is unfortunately a very unusual example. If you check the Egg Breeding Groups you'll see that Nidoqueen cannot breed. I have no idea why but it's a very random and rare example of something you think could breed that actually can't. Notice if you put it with Ditto and ask the Day Care man he'll say 'they prefer to play with Pokémon other than each other' You need a Nidoran Female to be able to breed.

@xXJoJoKeRXx Snorlax and a Full Incense with a Ditto will work. If your Snorlax is Male that's the only combination, if your Snorlax is Female there are lots, check the link to the egg groups and find Snorlax so you can find suitable partners.
@DeshawnLT If your Growlithe is Female then there are lots of choices because of the egg groups it is in (watch/read the guides and check the egg groups list, you'll many partners for Growlithe listed there). If your Growlithe is Male then you only use Ditto to get more Growlithe.
@NintenBeau Thanks and you know what, despite Growlithe's 75% male 25% female ratio it just so happens I winded up getting a female Growlithe from the pokemon dreamworld so that was very fortunate and lucky for me lol

@ChrisThaGr81 I'm not sure how hacked Pokémon would work but I would guess if the hacked Pokémon was good enough it should work absolutely fine and you'll still get the 4 times increase of being shiny.
If u breed 1 shiny pokemon with a non shiny ditto will the baby be shiny or not and give me a number rate 1 to 10 that it will be shiny please I really need this answer
@ChrisThaGr81 It doesn't matter how shiny or not shiny the parents are, the egg's chances of being shiny are still the same as always and are 1 in 8192. On your 1 to 10 scale I believe this would be: 0.001220703125. Except for the Masuda foreign Pokémon method, which I'll now answer about to your other comment.
Ok I put my serperior and eevee in daycare by mistake and they end put having an egg that's weird and my main question is if my serperior is hacked and I put it in the daycare with a ditto will the baby be hacked please let me know asap
@ChrisThaGr81 Hacked just means cheated for doesn't it? And breeding is a legitimate technique, so if you breed an egg regularly then the egg will be fine.
@Pokemon3839 No, as the video very clearly states, legendaries CANNOT breed. I'm really sorry but you can't breed a Zekrom or any other legendary, you'll just have to trade for one if you want another.
If anyone see's this, i have a ditto and is willing to BREED a pokemon, the cache is.... I will get 1 egg from the breed. You will have to tell me if you want me to hatch it. Soooo just comment, name of pokemon and booyah. I will breed it! ^^
@991703718 An Eevee that has a 1 in 8192 chance (the regular chance) of being shiny. If one of those is from a game of a foreign language, then 1 in 2048 chance (4 times better). Basically it's the same as if you had a regular non-shiny Eevee. Having parents that are shiny does nothing, sorry.

@0oo0oo0oo00 There are plenty of online resources and Pokédexes, Bulbapedia, Serebii, Marriland, NintendoBuzz and if you have a 3DS the Pokédex 3D app is great for Unova only Pokémon (I believe soon it will expand).
@bigbang203 First need a Female Eevee or Eeveelution then you need a suitable Male partner with Wish. The best choice for a father in my opinion is Smeargle, otherwise you need to breed Wish onto something like Pikachu and then breed that Pikachu with your Eevee. Get a Smeargle.
@bigbang203 Get a Male Smeargle that knows Sketch and something that knows Wish, put the 2 into a double battle (I suggest a wild double battle on Route 3 if it's BW), have your partner use Wish and then Smeargle use Sketch on your partner and it will learn Wish (make sure your partner is faster than Smeargle).
@Bleachdarkness173 It depends on the gender. If it's Male you'll need a Ditto, if it's Female there are lots of partners and check the egg groups link to find one that you like.
@1000iloveyorkies I know but Dittos are hard to come b in general, although I made it sound like Ditto would only work if it was Male I meant more it's not JUST Ditto if the partner is Female since there are lots of other, easier options.
Ok let's say I did the musada method 100%. Correct and I get 15 eggs what is the possibillity score that I will get 1 shiny pokemon out of that 15 eggs? I would say 35% is that almost correct
@ChrisThaGr81 When you see my other responses to your comments you'll see your calculations are way off. Given the Masuda method means shininess is a 1 in 2048 chance, when breeding 15 eggs the chances of at least one being shiny are around 0.0072992377. Less than 1%.
@ChrisThaGr81 Shinies are just the one colour. The only time you could get a shiny of a different colour is if the original Pokémon has multiple colours, e.g. Shellos or Deerling, there would be 1 shiny form for each regular colour form.
Hey NintenBeau this is incredibly helpful but I'm trying to get a shiny zoroa I have 2 zoroarks but they are both males so I put my strongest zoroark in the daycare with my ditto my ditto is from japan and my Zoroark isn't I received at least 6 Zoroark eggs but none shiny so I was hoping that you can assist me or tell me what I'm doing wrong and if I doing anything wrong once again thanks for your helpful video and please help...XO thankyou

What sucks is that I'm trying to get a snivy egg and I'm trying to breed my female (unlikely right!) serperior with my male wachog, so according to bulbapedia, I will have to run around about 1,280 steps before I can get my goddam egg. So before I strap on my jogging shoes is there anything else I can do to increase my odds?

@Rankerquat Awesome you've got a Female. Anyway, as the guide says, if you have a Magma Armour or Flame Body 'abilitied' Pokémon in your party, next to the egg (so if your egg is leading, it is second, if the egg is second the ability is in first or third slot etc). The Litwick and Larvesta families can have these abilities for Gen V (though lots of others have them too, this is just if you're not far enough to get other Pokémon). Use your Bike too :)

@yinyangdragonx Remember 1) Males pass on TM moves 2) Unless the partner is a Ditto, the Female is what the Egg is, so you'd need a Female Snivy/Ser... to get a baby Snivy that could have any special moves on it 3) You can only pass on moves the baby can actually know, the Snivy family cannot learn Stone Edge, you can only pass on TMs that Snivy can learn (which isn't a whole lot).

As this video says, the only way of increasing shinies is having your two Pokémon in Day Care come from games of different languages (e.g. Japanese and English, French and German etc This makes you 4 times more likely to have a shiny), so unless one of those Pokémon wasn't caught by you and came from a game that's foreign to yours the odds of being shiny are the regular super low odds.

If you have 2 foreigners (for me say, a French and a German) then that's awesome too. I wish they'd make UK and Austrailia games have original English and not American English, then maybe that could count too haha.

@jadenyuki761 You need to do more of the game. See, initially in Black and White you can only put 1 Pokémon in. To get 2 in, you need to have the bike first, you need to get to Nimbasa City (and therefore have 3 Badges) to get the bike.

@William1mars Go to Mistralton City and go to the right of the Pokémon with a Heart Scale, in there is a person who re-teaches moves, take your Golett and you'll be able to re-learn Shadow Punch. If you do want to breed Golett, if it's Female find a suitable Male partner and if it's Male you need a Ditto. I think you need to read the guide and watch this video and its sequel again, as it's clear you haven't understood the basics of breeding, and knowing them will help you greatly.

@William1mars Oh yeah, I thought it might be neutral but I forgot. If you have a neutral Pokémon (that's not a legendary) then you need a Ditto to breed. If you do the Heart Scale thing, your Golurk can still learn Shadow Punch.

@xsabirx I think you need to read the guide and watch the videos again, as this is exactly what they answer. If you want X with a certain move (or moves), get a Female X and a suitable Father that knows the move(s) and breed them together, then you will get a baby X that also knows the moves.

Very informative figures, I'm planning on breeding Munchlax lately, so I'm glad I watched this first. I had fun training a munchlax back in the day, so I suppose I'll have to find that incense b4hand. Liked, and gladly Favorited, as I have a feeling I'll need to watch it a couple times. I know the basics of bredding such as using a Mamgma armor or other ability to speed it up, but I learned a couple other things.

@MrArcadia2009 Good, I'm glad. Female Snorlax is a bit hard to come by if you're passing on moves, but a Ditto + Male is fine. I know bits of this guide could be a bit patronising to some, but some people don't know Male + Female = the Female or all the mechanics of how to pass on moves, or the Magma Armour trick. So I tried to cover as much as I could to hopefully teach even well seasoned people something. Thanks again and good luck with your Munchlax!

@Thefirewithin8 Though they can breed together (well observed and studied) the only Egg move a Litwick can get from a Stunfisk father is Endure. I mean it could inherit some TMs from a father possibly but they're TMs so you can just teach them to Litwick anyway. Remember, you can only inherit moves the baby can actually learn, and Litwick can't learn any Ground and Electric moves at the moment of writing.

@collin2187 No (it's part of why they work with anything), but it's that you treat them as if they do have genders when breeding. So if you're pairing it with a Male, think of your Ditto as Female and vice-versa, since the roles of the mother and father in breeding are important. Hope that helps!

@TheDavid123king You want a Smeargle. Enter Double Battles (route 3, wild ones are good) with a Male Smeargle and a partner knowing one of those 3 moves who is faster than Smeargle. Have your partner use e.g. Ice Punch and then have Smeargle use Sketch on your partner, then it will learn e.g. Ice Punch. Level it up to learn Sketch again and repeat with the other 2 moves, then breed your Ice Punch, Drain Punch and Dragon Dance Smeargle with a Female Scraggy.

@Prettyqqurl Egg Moves are a special set of moves, most of the time not TMs, those TMs are not Egg Moves for Cyndaquil (remember, TMs are breedable and pass on, but Egg moves are a special set of moves that can be passed on). For some Pokémon what you said works, as moves they learn whilst levelling count as Egg Moves. Tyrogue is a good example, moves its evolutions learn can be bred onto Tyrogue, such as Mach Punch from Hitmonchan.

@filippos6 You need to rewatch the video/re-read the guide. Babies inherit moves from the Father, so the baby Ferroseed, regardless of its moves (be they TMs, Egg moves or regular moves) will only inherit TMs and Egg moves from the Father. Leech Seed is an Egg move, so with that combo you'll only get Stealth Rock. Get a Male Torterra with Stealth Rock and Leech Seed, that's the ideal father to get a Ferroseed with both desired moves.

@luxio43 Yes, which means you can hatch 2 quickly at a time (one in front, one behind). Either keep just 2 at a time or run loads, hatch the first 2 then move 2 more eggs in suitable positions and then put the last one in place once one of those 2 has hatched.

@ichigo7824 No, Dittos cannot breed. The only way to get a Ditto with the Dream World ability is to get one from the Dream World. When it comes to breeding Dream World abilities, if you want a baby with one, one ofthe evolutionary family member parent has got to have the Dream World ability e.g. want a Charmander with DW ability, you need a Charizard with one.

@dogsarecoolio2 No. As the video says there are some Pokémon that can't breed at all, such as legendary Pokémon, Nidorina and Nidoqueen (don't ask me why about the last 2, it's random). Check the egg groups link provided, anything in the "can't breed" section cannot breed with anything else, even Ditto, but anything else from any other group can breed with Ditto (except Ditto, you can't have 2 Dittos breed).

@iAmMazi Nidoqueen is unfortunately a very unusual example. If you check the Egg Breeding Groups you'll see that Nidoqueen cannot breed. I have no idea why but it's a very random and rare example of something you think could breed that actually can't. Notice if you put it with Ditto and ask the Day Care man he'll say 'they prefer to play with Pokémon other than each other' You need a Nidoran Female to be able to breed.

@DeshawnLT If your Growlithe is Female then there are lots of choices because of the egg groups it is in (watch/read the guides and check the egg groups list, you'll many partners for Growlithe listed there). If your Growlithe is Male then you only use Ditto to get more Growlithe.

@991703718 An Eevee that has a 1 in 8192 chance (the regular chance) of being shiny. If one of those is from a game of a foreign language, then 1 in 2048 chance (4 times better). Basically it's the same as if you had a regular non-shiny Eevee. Having parents that are shiny does nothing, sorry.

@bigbang203 First need a Female Eevee or Eeveelution then you need a suitable Male partner with Wish. The best choice for a father in my opinion is Smeargle, otherwise you need to breed Wish onto something like Pikachu and then breed that Pikachu with your Eevee. Get a Smeargle.

@bigbang203 Get a Male Smeargle that knows Sketch and something that knows Wish, put the 2 into a double battle (I suggest a wild double battle on Route 3 if it's BW), have your partner use Wish and then Smeargle use Sketch on your partner and it will learn Wish (make sure your partner is faster than Smeargle).

@Bleachdarkness173 It depends on the gender. If it's Male you'll need a Ditto, if it's Female there are lots of partners and check the egg groups link to find one that you like.

@1000iloveyorkies I know but Dittos are hard to come b in general, although I made it sound like Ditto would only work if it was Male I meant more it's not JUST Ditto if the partner is Female since there are lots of other, easier options.

Ok let's say I did the musada method 100%. Correct and I get 15 eggs what is the possibillity score that I will get 1 shiny pokemon out of that 15 eggs? I would say 35% is that almost correct

@ChrisThaGr81 When you see my other responses to your comments you'll see your calculations are way off. Given the Masuda method means shininess is a 1 in 2048 chance, when breeding 15 eggs the chances of at least one being shiny are around 0.0072992377. Less than 1%.

Is there way to get zoroa a deferent color than jus blue? Or is that his only shiny color? And thanks for the helpful advice.

@ChrisThaGr81 Shinies are just the one colour. The only time you could get a shiny of a different colour is if the original Pokémon has multiple colours, e.g. Shellos or Deerling, there would be 1 shiny form for each regular colour form.

Hey NintenBeau this is incredibly helpful but I'm trying to get a shiny zoroa I have 2 zoroarks but they are both males so I put my strongest zoroark in the daycare with my ditto my ditto is from japan and my Zoroark isn't I received at least 6 Zoroark eggs but none shiny so I was hoping that you can assist me or tell me what I'm doing wrong and if I doing anything wrong once again thanks for your helpful video and please help...XO thankyou
