Kind of interesting (im so glad that it wasnt supposed to be the glare on the windsheild!!! Believe me I've seen some videos posted on YouTube that are as bad as that) But like I was saying.....the real UFO in the clip, rather than the glare, IS kinda interesting. Unfortunately its too far away and un-defined to be able to tell what it is. Couldve been a plane....ball lightening......alien ship.....anything really. The video is so low quality and blurry that could be anything really. I wish people would record and photograph objects with high-def devices and with steady hands. They get all excited about what they saw, but the videos are always less than exciting and are usually grainy blurry and have very little details from which almost no discernible information can be obtained from it. Information gained is proportional to photo and video quality. The more the better.

Looks like the 'landing lights' from an aircraft making a sharp turn in twilight or a cloudy day. These tightly focused lights are brightest and most visible at the moment in the aircraft's turn when the lights are pointed directly at the police vehicle.

Yeah, we still prefer miles instead of kilometres. As for the light I'm not so sure, doesn't seem like anything special. I've seen a lot weirder, we've had a few incidents near wher I live in Berkshire, UK. The whole neighbourhood witnessed a really weird incident a few years back, but found no answers.

I think you're slating the wrong clip... Did you not notice the speedometer? Whoever is driving obviously didn't notice "it" until about 22 seconds, then slows down quite rapidly. Maintains a low speed even once it's gone. This clip looks more genuine than a lot of the UFO clips on YouTube.

Sam Willey had this piece of footage up not so long ago, people slated it. I agree the quality isnt exactly good but the object is there and can clearly be seen, weather or not its a UFO is another story, could simply be a plane or helicopter coming towards the car. I have seen with my own eyes countless times planes that are coming towards you in the evening time and at night and it looks as if its a big solid ball of light, easy mistake to make at first glance.
