I think rage is great. My point was; that in that in a total of twenty years they put out three albums. Soundgarden fifve, including fopp and screeming life a hits copmilation and many other b-sides, rare tracks, not to mention Cornell's solo and what he did with Audioslave. RATM have a complete catalog of maybe 30 songs, not a lot. Soundgarden put out way more work and more diverse sounding stuff.
Oh WOW. I love this so much. Combines two favorite songs. If I have any complaints at all, it's that the energy is so good, I wish that the song went longer and didn't quite end so abruptly.
Soundgarden has way more to offer that RATM, but what little RATM did squeez out is almost as almost as good as soundgarden; which is a compliment to the band.
@foxwilliammulderx I LOVE RAGE... but you may be right, they had a relatively short-lived career and their music is all very similar... nonetheless they're still my favorite band!
