I'd love to see a Dredd game in the mold of GTA with a fully functioning sector of MC1 bordering the Cursed Earth.Cursed Earth missions included.The lawmaster would be drivable in 1st and 3rd perspectives,with the bike screen showing sector map and updating real time objectives.Emergent gameplay in a living city.Other characters would be unlockable such as Chopper and Mean Machine.The story would be an algamation of Oz,Judge child and anything good.Instead we got this disappointment.
Rebellion studios own the copyright now.Supposedly they create computer games,or maybe they could license it out to Rockstar or Bungie.Maybe when I'm old and disinterested,I'll come across a game worthy of the first twenty years of the laconic lawman.Oh well.
It's impossible to implement due to the large "sandbox" gameplay. RockStar have something to do with a patent that stops other companies making a game of that sort. The patent is pretty specific though. I think it may be avoided.
yea this game is fun but i beat it on xbox alot funner and sorta scary... i always loved putting ppl on fire but then 5 secs later it goes like MISSION FAILED then judge hershey goes nuts on u with all the judges
This vid is of the Pc version right (Guessing from the fast turning in 0.33-0.38)? Man, seeing how stupid those Deathcult guys act it seems like the AI is worse on PC. At least it seems to me like they are smarter than that when I play on Xbox. This game rocks anyway.
