the dude in the video is a nerd-ed up danko jones & the woman is director floria sigisimondi. she cuffs him to the bathroom sink & gives him the crab shampooing. I remember a line too, "The Only Dusty I know is Springfield".

the problem with them was that they kept changing their sound/styles for each album they put out and people were introduced to Rusty thru 'fluke' and thats pretty much what expecting from them and it made it hard for them to get a good reaction from an audience sometimes especially after the 3rd one came out cause it was hard to mix all the styles together for a live set...whats odd and scary is that no ones heard anything from Ken Macneil since they broke up, i just hope hes not dead :(
