@OneWhiteSeed it's a performance on period instruments in period style. It's not tuned to modern a=440. Baroque pitch would have been somewhere between a-415 and 432. So a modern Eb would sound as a d when played on period instruments, if that makes sense.
@OneWhiteSeed That is because this recording is in Baroque 415 Pitch which makes the E-flat sound as D. The Concerto is in E-flat and will sound as such if a modern Oboe is used. I have perfect pitch as well and it can get very tricky.
