Yeah but she's not being hyper/happy she's kinda shouting into the mic and swaying about. And she has a drink in her hand although you can't tell what it is so it could well be a soft drink. But she never comes across like that normally in her vids/interviews even if she is really hyper and energetic - I'm not saying she is drunk but I can see why people think she is as she is really coming across like that.
