It's like a 'concept' car. An idea that has progressed from computer screen to the model stage, but not yet to something functional. That's why all the folded views are CG.

that's just a prototype of his design. I'd bet it doesn't really fold, that bike so he just go around giving the other innovative features he incorporated.
