  • NOOOO!

  • @littleNorwegians lol... sad day for u isn't it.lol...

  • I bought one paperclip once.. well, actually, it came with a softeware package called Microsoft Office. I remember it being very annoying and I had to shut him down..

  • My life has been a lie...

  • Who sells 1000000 paperclips per pound? (£)

  • @slightlyinsaneFTW The british

  • I read the title as "who invited the paperclip?" and I instantly thought of MS word.

  • The Norwegians didn't invent the paperclip. The American woman who was pissed because we used paperclips, something she thought WE had invented our self, here in Norway can fuck herself in the ass. She didn't like the fact that we used something European. I hate Americans.

  • I buy 1000's at work and I never use one.

  • I live not that far from the paperclip monument in Norway, (where Valen grew up or something, never been to see it) so it's really rather sad that we've got that one a bit wrong. It's not such a bit deal now than it was during WW2 though, I think most people wouldn't remember....

  • "Norwegians will tell you proudly, very prodly, that the paperclip is a norwegian invention by Valen"

    - Hehe, so true. The only invention that we have that have had some impact on the world.

"...but Spencer patented paperclip 30 years earlier after Valen"

    - SON OF A BI-

  • @kakemonster05 You've still given the world Neni.

  • @IoEstasCedonta You mean Nemi?

  • @kakemonster05 The "Norwegian inventions" page at wiki has 5 listings. All very important inventions. Except the bicycle lift, which hasn't caught on.... yet. When it does I'm sure you'll take over the world by way of speedy uphill cycling, unless some unscrupulous individual comes along and steals it. (makes plan)...

  • @kakemonster05 Don't worry, we have made at least one MAJOR invention: the GSM network. But no companies in Norway would take the risk, so it was sold to Nokia...

  • @kakemonster05 What about the longship?

  • @DukeofWellington91 What about the cheese slicer?

  • @kakemonster05 Cheer up you still invented the Aerosol spray, the Cheese slicer, the Gas turbine and the one and only; Trampe bicycle lift.

  • I would have said Mr. Papier McClip
