what kind of wood is that?
is it the same kind the indian restaurants use in their pullav rice?

After preheating the pizza stone on low, med, high...do you keep the heat on high while cooking or do you decrease the heat during cooking?.

I still prefer the Pizza Alfredo.
It does up to 240° F / 450°C, you can use it inside your house and its just 40 Bucks.
