If you're referring to the predecessor of Cassidy Janson, who is currently portraying Kate Monster, it was Julie Atherton. Julie was the original Kate Monster from the year it opened (2006) in London.

...I don't get it...Gary Coleman is played by a guy (yes I know that's his real gender but still...) and they changed his lyrics, and they changed korean deli to chinese restaurant....now, I geuss Gary's new lyrics work alright, I understand people in the UK wouldn't get it.
