  • I took guitar lessons from Dick (center, back, of photo) back in 86-87. He was the only teacher who ever taught me anything. At the time, I didn't realize how great he was, or how much he would influence me. I have to say, he influenced me more than any one person. I wish I could talk to him today and tell him that. This song means a lot to me, thank you for posting. If you have any more from Enoch Smoky, please post, I would love to see some video. Thanks, thanks.. thanks.........

  • I used to sit on the ground at West Liberty Fairgrounds & boogy to these guys back around '70-'72. Seems like we did more of that than actually dancing. Boogy!!!

  • Very cool band. Saw them open for Johhny Winter at the KRNT theater in Des Moines around 1968 I believe. Would love to have a video of that whole show!

  • My brother took photo's at Wadena and I bought the Enouch Smokey guitar designed for a high school competition, IA Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. $90 is all at auction. small world

  • I used to see them and the Salty Dog tavern in CR IA early 70s. They would stop in after shows at the coliseum on the river there. Cool band

  • I use to see these guys play at the Legion Hall in Hartwick Iowa in1968 when I was 16 y.o. They put on a great show. Always thought they would make it big some day. Loved the name.
