Thank you for making this look so easy! It turned out that it was easy and I have then since made several of them and they have all come out nice. Thanks for sharing!
Great video of this technique. Thanks for sharing. I had just been looking for my written instructions for this and thought to look for a video. ..a 10 star video in my book!!! Thanks for sharing.
This is great! I made pillowcases for my grandson with a racing car fabirc and bright red header today! And I made a case for my daughter's "body pillow" that she's going to love. (Christmas Presents!!!) This is so easy and the French seams give it such a nice finished look! Thank you "sew much!"
very nice video thanks so much for sharing how to make this great pillowcase. it takes the mystery out of the written directions, since I am a show me how kind of person instead of reading.
thanks but if I wanna make a 70 / 70 cm how do I cut the big piece ? 140 cm so when its folded will be 70 ? and what about the header ? how much do I have to cut in order to be 70 /70 in total ? thanks it will be helpful as I want to do one for my mom and picked up a beauuutiful rose buds material thanks
Oh Judy! This just made me miss you more! I'm making Cars pillowcases for my grandsons and reviewed this for instructions. Of course, the last seconds are the best.....whoohoo! But, the summer's going fast so I'll see you soon. Make the rest of the summer good. #415

Judy, you are fabulous! I took this class at my quilt shop and as soon as I did it i forgot! IT is so nice to see the details, I do much better hands on then to read directions. Off I go to iron the pieces. Thank you "whew" was really cute
That was awesome! I'll make my presentation case for my QOV using your instructions. Thank you! Oh, by the way, if you were in my quilt guild, you would have been fined 50 cents for not retracting your razor blade before putting your rotary cutter on the table. :)
I really liked your instruction on how to make this pillow case. I'm a beginner sewer and I am definately going to make these! You are an excellent intructor.
Judy - love it! I made these a few months and it was so easy. But just that quick I forgot how to do it!!! So thankful for this video for a quick review. Especially enjoyed "the whew I'm done" clip at the end. Great!
I am familiar w/ the sausage method. But, I picked up the hint of the French Seam to clean up the interior of the seam & prevent unravelling. GREAT TIP!
Thanks for this! The lady at the fabric store was trying to explain this to me, and I hadn't the slightest idea what she was talking about. Thank you for making it clear. Can't wait to get started on my little boy's pillowcase!
Judy, this was a wonderful, instructive lesson. I have made all of my 11grandchildren "sausage" pillowcases and now the grown-ups want them! "Thank you.
Thank you Judy. This is the best info I've found. I learned a lot. Going to find out if you have more tutorials. I am an intermediate on most sewing skills topics and appreciate your taking the time to help me to improve my skills.
This is very understandable for me, the other video I saw on this technique was not very good with the laying out and explaining of the steps. Thanks so so much.
Thanks Judy! I love this!!
