By "mainstream," I mean that I'm a mainstream conservative. I was definitely disappointed by Bush's lack of fiscal discipline. I don't think that being mainstream means accepting Bush or Obama. At this point, if we're going to return to a remotely conservative federal government, it's only pragmatic to approach the table with a more extreme position. I was actually very disappointed by the last money bomb total on MLK. It seems that more people have given on Dr. Paul have any chance to win, but that's not why we support him I thought. We support his ideas.

That being said, I just want him to make it to the convention. Use the funds wisely and keep those ideas alive. He's gaining more credibility by the day, and soon more politicians like him will find success.

We can improve Congress by supporting Paul, win or lose the presidency.
