No, most people were riding 125 2 strokes and 250 2 strokes long before the 4 stroke scene came around. The 125 is not little. For a 4 stroke it takes twice the displacement to equal the HP of a 125, so therefore a 250f is = to a 125 2 stroke. The 125 is a full sized adults bike, and this video is old. I'd say around 03-04 when Kawasaki when to the new plastics. Yes 4 strokes are junk. This was back when the 125 class was the 125 class and 250 class was 250 class with 2 strokes...
