yeah... i do something similar for harmonics... open Eb chord...

or open E for solo with open notes in between...

I haven't explored that one. It might make more sense in a band situation to lower it one step (E-G#-B-E)

Right now I'm messing around with FACF. It makes chords easy, obviously, but allows room for more experimental chords as well.

But who knows, I'll probably lose interest and go back to EADG.
