We just moved a factory of 3000 employees to Mexico in my area....I was so happy to hear that they are having problems finding quality workers...they have huge turn over, drunks, and screw ups from what I've heard...but they still save money. I think we should send only our high risk jobs there (toxic chemical plants for example) if we send anything that way. It's our governments fault for allowing it....we need to penalize companies that do this.

We just moved a factory of 3000 employees to Mexico in my area....I was so happy to hear that they are having problems finding quality workers...they have huge turn over, drunks, and screw ups from what I've heard...but they still save money. I think we should send only our high risk jobs there (toxic chemical plants for example) if we send anything that way. It's our governments fault for allowing it....we need to penalize companies that do this.
