- Ford Mustang 2011, NA 5.0 V8 putting out 412bhp,

now look at what other large capacity engines in Europe produce

- Lambo Murcielago, NA 6.5 V12 putting out 640 - 670 bhp

- BMW M5, NA 5.0 V10 putting out 500bhp

So yeah they are slow and can't corner unless they are based on an Australian like the Chevy Camaro.

its not always about hp, its how it puts the power down, weight of fly wheel, drive shafts etc..., and dont forget gearing, and its powerband shorter gears usually means it falls within higher rpm the following gear, therefore the powerband climbs sraight up puttn down higher trq at lower rpm. Subi's r usually more reliable cars btw.
