Yup, it's a botfly larvae. I have seen those videos and it looks like it leaves a hole the size of a ciggy in their skin.
It's not from being "dirty" ~ these ppl got them from foreign countries where the fly bit them and laid the eggs in them.
There's all sorts of gross things like that on youtube. Look up loa loa worm (it's in the dude's eyeball) and you'll prolly gross out too!!!
