Just for everyone to know... If you're playing this game using Backup Launcher 0.3. In the config, make sure the hook type is VI and that Ocarina is turned on to "Yes". It wasn't working for me for awhile, but I figured it out finally. =D

Actually, that's easy when you've practiced a bit. YES, I HAD A HARD TIME AT FIRST TOO :P, but you'll laugh at how easy it is once you've practiced; get stars from the first winks and "Stand still", unleash them in the right time to one-hit knockdown him (no matter how many stars) during "dreamland", beat him down a second time using either the same strategy or just 3-starring him stunned and beating him for the rest, and then counter two winks and unleash the star punch during wink barrage. :D

Are you using a back-up copy? Make sure you have the original. In fact, it should work with the original game disc without problems.

I use Gecko OS, so I'm assuming its the Back-Up launcher, or something happened when you uploaded the codes. Remember to activate the OCARINA in the Back-up launcher. Did it say anything like, "SD CODES FOUND. APPLYING." ?

It should have the 4.0 System Update, but I don't know about it Bricking Wii's. I patch the update, so it doesn't bug me in the least. Besides, I'm already on 4.0 with everything but SoftMii.

I'm assuming you are talking about the USB Loader. With a bit of customization (and homebrew), Wii games can be stored on an External Hard-drive, and accessed through the Wii Menu by use of WADs.
