By that I mean that the majority of the populace is sleep walking. Civilizations rise and fall. The truth of where we really come from is what may lead us to break this cycle. It may lead us to finally evolve spiritually, that's something that every religion has failed to do. No imagination, we live in little boxes. There are others who come from the stars.

Rap is good generally a great beat to dance to is what comes to my mind, but when it hits low and I hate it is when it starts sounding like immature 15 year old`s in referring to females as Wh@res etc , sounds like mad Christians then, I know I sit through that crap, now that part of rap is really infantile.

As much as I hate these Fire & Brimstone preachers, I do agree to a point that this gangsta rap crap being shoved into the heads of inner-city youth is not doing anything to help them empower themselves to get out of the projects and into college.... Teens are very impressionable, and don't need Gangsta Rappers as role models to base their lives on.

The songs of peace, are great to listen to, I enjoy them, however, The end of the world as we know it is coming fast, and we need music that will draw in people, music that will make them think not just on the joy of being with the Lord, but the pain of dying without knowing Him as their Savior!

Instead of the old songs talking about the peace of God, we need to have some songs talking about the wrath of God! If rap or rock is what attracts the listeners than we need to incorporate it into our songs! It's not the style of music that's important, it's the message the song is giving!!
