If there is one thing that I've learned about physics is that it's all a matter of perspective. Nothing I've tried is perfect, but everything has something that makes the sim particularly good... Also if you spend all your time playing one sim and change to another one you're gonna think the latter isn't realistic because your opinion of how a car really drives is based on the previous sim. The other problem is that it's next to impossible to compare a sim to a real car by feel alone.

Rotflmao there isnt any such thing as FFB in real racecars. FFB was made to interpret what you would feel in the seat of your pants. Iracing is crap compaired to ASR. Just as McDowell and Clements why they use ASR to train with and not Iracing.

And steering wheel FFB is the conversion of the aligning force on the tires into the torque you feel applied by your wheel, so it's not wrong to say that it captures the feel of the road (because any bump will translate into a momentary change of the aligning force).
