Thematically I always think of this as the definitive 70s punk take on the kind of anti-consumerist rant earlier essayed by the Stones on "Satisfaction". A massively under-rated band they produced 3 terrific albums in their first incarnation when mostly in the UK, all of which I owned and lost in a house fire. It was their brand of punk.

They were Aussies who pre-dated the Sex Pistols with their first album. They moved to Britain, but their record label demanded they become more like that 'other punk band' and this was the result. Pure rebellion and punk attitude ;)
