Bad enough to play non-ranked teams through out their schedule and pro-claim their self the #3 ranked team in the country. Florida is gonna be Texas' wake up call and maybe they will realize that their team is overrated and shouldn't have to worry going into Lubbock, Texas worrying about a upset since the team is made of recruits that were turned down. Face it, if we had the same ranked recruits that UT does we would win every time. A perfect example is 2008, we had A+ recruits and we won.

In 2008, the Big 12 ended with about 5 or 6 ranked teams, dude. How can you say Texas is overrated when you also admit they more often than not have amongst the top recruits in the nation? All the S3C is LSU, Florida, and Alabama, and mentioning LSU is being generous, and soon to be w/ Florida. All conferences have their top dogs and bottom feeders.

If anyone played only 2 or 3 ranked teams a year like Texas, I am sure they would have more than 3 title wins. SEC always ends up beating the Big 12, and they have 5 or 6 ranked teams on a regular year. Now that the Big 12 lost Nerbaska, it just puts the Big 12 down with the Big East. The ACC is a better conference.

And this whole conference-determining-how-goo­d-an-individual-team-shit needs to stop. Alabama or Florida wins an NC and suddenly thats the same thing as Vanderbilt winning an NC. The only reason Texas doesn't have more NC's is because of OU fairly beating them. That's like a Florida-Bama regular season game every year.

Texas does not have more Championships because they can't hold off teams they should smash every year i.e Kansas State i.e Texas Tech i.e Texas A&M. UT is always in the top 15 recruiting class year after year, and has nothing to show for. SEC dominates this era, and the Big 10 owned everything before 2000. The Big 12 is not even 20 years old. It's understandable why they aren't as good.
