This game has some stupid characters I mean Ness and Lucas? There is no person still alive that ever played Earth Bound. They make those two gay characters and some other fucking retarded characters then they leave some of the best ones out. My guess is you control the POKEMON, while the trainer just stands there waving his arms (I think a whiny 10 year old shouting commands would be boring) and you can switch pokemon at will. It may be similar to Shiek in SSBM.

his pokemon take the damage and all three pokemon share the damage...so it isn't like...3 lives for one, more like....3 characters...just like zelda and sheik in the last SSB
