Thank you! I have been practicing nunchaku ever since I was about 7- 10 years old and I stopped practicing after I won the Michaelangelo title for my age division when I was twelve. I took a break for about a year so I was just getting back into it. My bo is fairly heavy and my left arm is really week as well because it's been broken in so many places, so, my bo patterns are really sloppy haha

My instructor has a really light and flashy bo made from fiberglass. It's really nice so I'm going to make a video with that soon
