  • thanks for the great tips, You are an awesome teacher.:) Im a beginner, who is 48 and trying to lose weight, I started a walking routine, and weights. Any advice for older women, or is all your techniques for all adults the same?

  • so which is better, supersets or doing them individually? and how much of a break should be taken, a minute or so?
