it's based on a hadeeth e nabwi saaw the gist of which is... islam was strange when it began and it will one day be strange again, blessed are the ghuraba i.e. the strange people (who follow islam even if it's considered strange).

this hadeeth refreshes my eemaan.

allahumma salli wassallim ala nabbiyyina muhammad.
