@ThePepii19, She's Sailor Galaxia and she appears in the last arc, Sailor Stars! She's the one that initially defeated Chaos but then became consumed by its evil!! If you've watched the dubbed version then you probably haven't seen that part because the Sailor Stars arc never got dubbed, only subbed!! :3
