im so jealous of you. i weigh 240 lbs and am sick and tired of being so fat. i only eat 1400 calories a day (or less) and cant lose weight. i power-walk 3 miles a day and at around 6, i bike 5 miles. still...no results. any advice??
your body has a nice shape! it would be so much worse for your health if you were centrally obese around the waist. But your waist is quite small = lower risk of heart disease. Good job!
you need to do low impact endurance running out on the street(not on tredmill because you dont use certain muscles on tredmills). That should tighten up any lovehandles you have and your arms, butt etc.

A new tat? Nope....The one on my right forearm is the same Goofy tat I've always had. It's a tat of Disney's Goofy. Maybe the fat was covering it before! lol Now you two should already know that if I were to get another tat.....the camera would have gone w/ me so you would have been there too! lol

You can see that muscle. I guarantee when you get to your goal your back fat will disappear, and your arms will be more toned than they already are. That muscle is starting to show through. Don't worry about 1.4 lbs. I've been working my butt off (lol, and weigh myself about every second day :/) and I haven't dropped anything in a little over a week. I'm sticking with the conclusion that it's muscle because I gain it quickly (I do lots of resistance), water, or just because it's about my TOM.

Not really a diet....I just stick to 1300-1500 calories a day and work my a** off at the gym 5-6 times a week. How are you losing your weight?
