I know, I completed MW2 on veteran in one day... it took me a week to complete arma 2 on recruit! it is those free roaming missions that slowed me down! took me days to figure out where the insurgent base was in manhattan!

Because Arma II is MUCH more demanding than Operation Flashpoint.

The view distance and ballistics alone would be too much for the 360.

Even the best PC's sometimes find it difficult to play this on max settings, and I'm talking i7's and GTX295's here...

@zokomadi no it isnt, on wikipedia it says just windows, and google just spits out forum topics like: "is it going to be released for 360?" so no it isnt, and probably wont. If you see any videos of arma 2 being played with 360 buttons, its probably because someone hooked their controller to their pc then made a video saying it will be released for 360, only to get peoples hopes high, then smash it in their faces...sorry bud, wont happen. But ill enjoy my pc version :P

The really annoying thing about it I know will get on my nerves is the crappy voice actor stuff on it. SERIOUSLY, what were they smoking when they made it like that?

It's tough. What it is is actually a string of single words or small phrases. For example, they record someone saying "helicopter" or "man" or "T72", then record them saying "at" and then the distance, like "500" and so on. Then when it applies, they are put into order, so it goes "8" "Target" "Man" "100." That's why it sounds so roboty and silly.

few more days and i will be playing it. It looks avesome, what is a bit disappointing that they copied that fake explosion sound from arma one. All the other sounds are so good in this one but that "kabooommmmm" sound is so much unrealistic and annoying. I am sure someone will fix that with a soundmod soon.

For me Kamov is less and less fun. I mean: In OFP you had complete control of turret, I ArmA you couldn't elevate it, and now with Ka-52 you have to leave the shooting on your copilot. I loved to shoot from above to my enemies in OFP. Sorry for bad english and BTW to be clear: I love ArmA.
