Ice Cream is also a really yummy topping to put on funnel cakes. Like Six Flags has a Supreme Funnel cake and they put powdered sugar, melted chocolate, fruit, nuts, and Cold Stone Ice cream on top. I've never seen anyone able to eat the whole thing themselves. I always need like three or four other people to help finish it.
