they shouldve just put rigging chains on the bucket of the excavator and through the eyelets of the bobcat. they arent that heavy to lift. i know from experience :)
can only use the bucket to push your self backwards so far before you create a ton of work fixing the hole you dig yourself easier to get track hoe to just reach over you put his bucket over yours and help you back out of it , or lift it out

@famos10 easier just to attach the chain and pull backwards that find spots to attach the chain just to lift it
