well when the doctor has had a few years of experience in human slice and dice, the procedure becomes easier for him to proceed faster with higher accuracy, i mean i work in a operating room and see doctors do surgeries like this every day. and about the "crowbar" haha they have to see what they are doing and human tissue is tough to move around so its necessary for them to complete their job. lol

omg, it looks terrible. They are like butchers. I allways thought how they cut and stuff, but never thought it seems so sloppy, not that i know how it should be done. Im not doing anything down. I imagined that this kind of operation is done very slowly watching where to cut inside too, but there he just jamms crowbar in.
