You can show a man how to grow a garden and one can give to one who needs, but that is done by free choice. If not, other men will take advantage and become slothful. Gifts and offerings to the poor are of free will, not to be tampered with by man by taxation or nay other means. It is a judgment by our God. To force one to give is to hinder the decisions of God. Sadly, Ignorance trys to rule.. Keeper=watching over someone or things, posissions etc. Not ones welfare.
