@The123robot There's a hacked "gta_sa.exe" I downloaded from the internet that turns off the height limit for planes and the jetpack. This helps you fly over the water (or Red Zone). I'll tell you how to get it because I think it's very helpful if you want to see some interiors that are in the Red Zone.
Google "Explore Liberty City". Click on the "GTAGarage >> Explore Liberty City" link.
On that page there should be a link for the hacked exe. Click on it and it'll download.

The jetpack is not a mod. It originally comes with the game and you can use it after a certain mission. You can also use the ROCKETMAN cheat to spawn one at any time.

A burglary house (quite high up, higher than most interiors, has a duplicate copy underneath, I believe this is so that when you look at the floors, it looks like it's reflecting)
Just a question: do you have any idea where Caligula's Casino is? I have the PS2 version, so I can't use PC coordinates.
Caligula's casino is above it's exterior, so if you try to get there from the gym, the map would be skewed so it would probably be somewhere in the water on the east side of San Andreas, near the countryside.
Did you know about the interiors in the mission 'Cleaning The Hood'? There's a nice place that has Ballas, money (2nd floor, final room) it was very solid and there's 2 (from what I saw) knifes in there! The second I found was a nice house (solid where I went). Hard to acess the marker as there solid part is very small nearby it! There are 2 people in it and impossible to get away (from what I saw). Ballas room can be seen like, for example - the Betting Shop.
You would need to give me a better description then that. It could be a yellow cone that, when entered, loads a different heaven, but since it looked like smoke, this may not be the case.
my theory on this is that the "universe" is like the alpha, or the ambiance on which the game is built, i think that the interiors are just scraps of ideas tht rockstar either have or haven't used in the game, for instance the betting shop was in a catalina mission, and some of those might have been ideas for madd doggs mansion, especially the ones with the bedrooms. i just think they were put in by mistake and you've found a loophole that accesses them

It's a mod for PC. A trainer, actually. You can fly around with it without having to worry about falling, so instead of having to stay leveled and in a certain area, you can freely fly around. If you have GTA on PC, get the mod. It's called Crazy Trainer +151
Not without mods or a cheat device. Are you on PC? If so, download Crazy Trainer +151. Search for it on google. The jetpack controls are in the description. When you have done this, I will PM you the location of it and you can use the crazy trainer to get there, if you don't see it when you get there, you are obviously too low and must go higher.
A dolphin? You must of fell, fell to the ground. Known as Ghostworld, but it's actually San andreas. It's just invisible. You'll see dolphins swimming in invisible water

Yeah. I used the jetpack to get there, BUT it is possible without them.
Go into Los Santos Gym, spawn a jetpack, stand in the yellow marker, then fly up. Pause and mark 2 blocks east. Go there and make your way through the invisible walls to get to the marker. Take off your jetpack, and then you go.
Unless your using Crazy Trainer Jetpack like I did, you can't get back to Los Santos Gym heaven once you go into a different heaven. You could explore there first before you go anywhere else.

Ive been to that place, but the farthest ive gotten was the weird halfway point thing O_o...then all i can do is float around in the blue road to nowhere.
It does work on Xbox. The tile is not solid, and the jetpack works, but only if you kill the 4 people in the gym. The marker IS always there, but you can't seem to get any further then the betting shop if you don't kill them. Dunno why.
Get the jetpack and stand in the yellow marker at the door. Don't take off your jetpack. Fly through the tile above you and you should see blackness like I did.
The cheat for the jetpack for PC is ROCKETMAN. The cheat for the jetpack on PS2 is Left, Right, L1, L2, R1, R2, Up, Down, Left, Right. Some people believe you have to do the PS2 code for the jetpack twice. I didn't have to, but you can try.

dude when you go past the invisible gym, you can keep going, there will be a black strip of the universe for a second or two, after u pass the black, you will see OG Locs home from "house party" for some reason, a few people will walk around behind it.
I know all about it. I even knew about it when I made this video but I didn't have room in the video for it. When I get time i'll make another full of more interiors!
if this is on pc then i would reccomend spaceeinstein's all in one mod. you can literraly just jump straight into any of those interiors and if you fall through then it puts you back into san andreas,

Assuming you know it's location, just go there, (it may take multiple tries, as it is around this point that you begin to get pulled down.
There is a stairway. The roof of the corridor that leads to the stairway is not solid.
If you don't understand these instructions, just look for a new video from me sometime soon concerning the hidden interior universe.

I've been exploring for a while... so far, I've found:
a brothel (the first area you were in)
a hallway with records in
a strip club (there's an invisible roof over it, blocking me from getting in)
a massive warehouse (I had to enter a marker to get in)
an Ammunation store (it had a massive room by it for some reason, and an invisible roof)
a cafe
a small bedroom (with an invisible roof)
the garage in Doherty
I'm hoping to find more!

Nice work. I have seen all of these. Here are a few explanations.
The hallway is called record label hallway and is seen in one cutscene in "Cut throat buisness."
The warehouse(s) is/are betas of the one seen in "Gray Imports"
The cafe is seen on dates with girlfriends.
The small bedroom is Denise's, which was used for sex scenes cut out of the game.
No one knows why the ammunation has a huge room connected to it.
Others are self explanatory. Good luck finding more interiors!

is it possible to get to the battlefield area thats in the mission new model army where you drive the RC helicopter is there a way to get in there and walk around and shoot

Yes, but that is only possible with mods, and some servers on Sa-Mp might let you teleport there or something like that.

Ive been to that place, but the farthest ive gotten was the weird halfway point thing O_o...then all i can do is float around in the blue road to nowhere.

It does work on Xbox. The tile is not solid, and the jetpack works, but only if you kill the 4 people in the gym. The marker IS always there, but you can't seem to get any further then the betting shop if you don't kill them. Dunno why.

Get the jetpack and stand in the yellow marker at the door. Don't take off your jetpack. Fly through the tile above you and you should see blackness like I did.

The cheat for the jetpack for PC is ROCKETMAN. The cheat for the jetpack on PS2 is Left, Right, L1, L2, R1, R2, Up, Down, Left, Right. Some people believe you have to do the PS2 code for the jetpack twice. I didn't have to, but you can try.

dude when you go past the invisible gym, you can keep going, there will be a black strip of the universe for a second or two, after u pass the black, you will see OG Locs home from "house party" for some reason, a few people will walk around behind it.

Some of them arn't in the beta. Some of them are just unfinished interiors that they NEVER used, not even in the beta.

if this is on pc then i would reccomend spaceeinstein's all in one mod. you can literraly just jump straight into any of those interiors and if you fall through then it puts you back into san andreas,
