Take note the student of GGM Angel L. Blancia named "Baltazar" is not Bo Sayoc. Baltazar with a nickname "Baltik" was among the first batches of students of GGM Angel Blancia and he is from Divinagarcia, La paz, Iloilo City. He has a club in Saudi Arabia where he works as a welder and he already passed away a few years ago. Definitely you're referring to a different person because I know this guy in the picture. Abaw indi nyo man pag pakahuy-e si Tatay nyo Angel Blancia.
