“I am always pushing Whole Foods to my friends and family to the point that they are think I work for you. This is a new product to USA that is complimentary to this video above. Kakadu juice helped me when I was suffering from chronic fatigue, irritable bowel, terrible sleep and my body had shut down.
With 24 superfoods in one bottle that are bioactive and coldpressed, and then flash pasteurized to maintain all their natural benefits Kakadu Juice can really help you too. Give it a go.
if you become a raw foodist, be sure to take some b12. as insurance against pernicious anemia. most of us have damaged guts from our poor diet choices in the past, and cannot manufacture enough b12 on our own.
and for the comment that it is too expensive to eat organic: organic vegetables are easy to grow and are not expensive, if you eat them raw. ex: eating 2 or 3 leaves of kale or chard, spinach, etc. (raw: juiced or in salad) vs cooking them. try it. you will save lots of $.
Did the people also exercise, because I mean if we eat 'natural foods' there is bound to be more fats in them too. But there is a market that I could go to get food that isn't processed.
Bahahaha. Eating more fats are just going to make you fatter, because if you are eating fats, you're most likely not going to do anything to get rid of all that weight gain. And I've never watched the show to reference 'The More You Know' Bahahaha.
whats cool is that all those beautiful teeth never saw a dentist or floride.. and yet they still want to believe (you know that big THEY) its floride that prevents dentil caries, when its all down to diet..
Juicing organically grown vegetables, fruits etc is another GREAT way to get natural vitamins & nutrients essential to your body's longevity.
Buy a juicer they're not expensive. Juice some oranges (nectar of the gods-vitamin C!), tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, celery, every day. Start off your morning by juicing a glass of fresh REAL orange juice, or cucumbers. One of the best things you can do for your health. Side benefit it tastes great! You'll never go back to canned. Nothing beats real food
processed foods are laden with sweeteners, salts, artificial flavors, factory-created fats, colorings, chemicals that alter texture, and preservatives. But the trouble is not just what's been added, but what's been taken away. Processed foods are often stripped of nutrients designed by nature to protect your heart, such as soluble fiber, antioxidants, and "good" fats. Combine that with additives, and you have a recipe for disaster.
meats are good for lifting , but theres natural grown foods out there that are even better and higher in protein. trust me, you wana get BIG you gota eat the good healthy stuff. Its how the human body should be RUn. Meat is delicious i cant lie, but we were raised to like it. Its not something we need.
I'll have to disagree. Yes, there are vegetables high in protein, but not nearly as high or as high of quality as meats. I don't think it's something we've been trained to like either. I think it's natural.
You could be right. Me personally i think its not natural to even eat meat as a human. Most dentist say our teeth arent even made for it. And BTW look up different things like nuts and other things they are VERY high in protein and im sure some are higher then animals flesh. It just dont seem right to eat another living things flesh to me iguess. Plus is makes your body less immune to catching disease and sickness- proven fact.
Your diet is a constant battle. In each different thing you ingest, one will sacrifice certain aspects, in return for others that your body needs. The same with meat. Obviously I'm not saying we should be strictly carnivores. What I am saying is Eggs, steak, chicken, fish, all have high amounts of good quality protein that you simply cannot get from vegetables. Combine those with fresh vegetables and whole wheats and you got a winner! :-)
That isn't what I was saying at all. Those who eat raw foods will never survive in the event of a biological or nuclear attack, or any form of widely spread pestilence where food must be cooked. I understand part of the nutritional value is depleted by cooking, but I don't think it makes it unhealthy or worthless.
Actually cooked meat increases it's caloric value and humans have evolved to eat cooked meat. Cats obviously can't cook meat and they've evolved to digest raw meat. This video is somewhat misleading.
As a general rule, food ought to be prepared minimally to get the most nutrition. A lot of food needs to be cooked to be digested. Obviously you couldn't eat a raw potato while celery is easily eaten raw.
In preparation, go with what tastes good. If you overcook or under cook it won't be good.
nah man. 90% raw. try it. humans didn't evolve to eat raw meat. we simply adapt. what makes raw food healthy is it's fractal capacitance, or coherent electrical charge. foods are best for you when eaten immediately after harvesting. they grow within fields that propagate life. cooking food or storing it anywhere near plastic, and aluminum especially will greatly reduce the benefit you receive. also, while eating food, only focus on the food, and enjoy it in silent gratitude. taste the rainbow.
i am not calling u names or flaming..but please you are more misleading than anything else..once something is taking from its natrual form and brokon down/cooked it already looses its full streath..for example boiling water kills germs yes..but it also takes away from its nutrition.Dont get caught up in all todas sience my friend..now more than ever sickness is reasing..i wonder y

most processed foods are laden with sweeteners, salts, artificial flavors, factory-created fats, colorings, chemicals that alter texture, and preservatives
Research now reveals trans fats are twice as dangerous for your heart as saturated fat, and cause an estimated 30,000 to 100,000 premature heart disease deaths each year.
There's nothing wrong with meat. Just eat the cleaner version of them. For example grass fed beef instead of grain-fed. Wild caught fish instead of farm raised. A good site is uswellnessmeats.
Yes, meat is a natural desire. Plus, you won't find a vegetable with a complete protein profile as say and egg. The egg is a perfect complete protein. It's all about balance and choosing the right meats and veges.
yes i know im not saying you cant. im just saying in my opinion meat isnt a natural thing for a human being to eat, and it makes your body more ..acidic i believe? or alkaline? one of those two. and you get sick easier. but naturally grown foods make your body the good one and fights off disease and other bad things.... so point is- its not good for you overall....
true. i believe its just a "want" that was derived from starving civilizations that needed food in cold climates but couldnt grow anything... because im sure they even had the basic knowledge that naturally grown = healthier life...
so eat meats then....i lift weight and im at body wt is 220 and i bench 270, curl 135..and i rarley eat meat, lucky if i even touch chicken at times...and weeks from now i dont even touch a weight and i still have mass.
That's your call. I've tried both and it just seems like a very illogical thing to do to not eat meats and attempt weight training. For example, I'm 10 pounds lighter than you and bench 80 lbs more and curl 50 lbs more. Not bragging...I'm just saying you could probably get that much more out of it by treating your muscles to higher quality protein.
yea but im more lean and healthier than you to say no? if i wanted to keep pushing to get more strenght i could, its somthing i do on the pass time, im not a 'meat head', no pun intended..and im 6'2 aswell..220 doesnt go along way
That all depends really. Genetics also plays a huge role. 2 different schools of thought...I just find that mine is more often proven as correct than yours.
noone in my family has what i have, i put in work to get this kind of body, i have almost no body fat, times you cant even pull skin on my chest , let alone my becips..some people look big but that allwater, if you dehydrate or dont touch a set in weeks your gone, like me have it months after not working out, meats dont do much but make you gain weight, lean muscle needs cardio..lookin big is one thing but its all fat..
something i never understand to this day--- Why on earth would any parent feed there children bad foods that decreases there life-spans? i mean, its common knowledge now that mcdonlads and sweets makes your body more prone to disease and age quicker, SO WHY the fuck do they feed it to the children still. I was a child once, and fed all of those things. Its terrible its how we are raised and i think it really needs to change.....
im trying to save up and get a house and some land so i can grow indoor/outdoor all the foods my family and i would need. i figure i only need about 60k to get it started. i pray i do soon thats what everyone should be doing... and run your house on windmills and solarpower... youll live a healthier life and be more at peace..... i pray my dream isnt stopped

sometimes eating the full fat version is healthier than the "light" or" fat free" foods contain aspartame, maltitol and other chemicals.

The problem I have with the "whole foods" crowd is that most are vegetarians. I like eating meats, especially as a serious weight lifter.
