  • I love the way you presented it, so simple, straightforward & hassle free... Will be making it tomorrow, this is how we gujratis make kadhi but in Pakistan & north India they have pakoras in their kadhi which also tastes nice.

  • Zhai, Your style to describe the preparation is SUPERB. Very easy and clear. Heads off to you. I also tried ur recipe Mashroom Matar. But I put Paneer instead of Mashroom. It was made too good. Thanks a lot. Camera work is also very nice. It was totally focused on the Pan not like other people who keep the camera only on the cook. GREAT JOB BY YOU PEOPLE. Thanks

  • a very easy and quick recipe...tasted yummy too...I added curry leaves along with mustard and fenugreek seeds...came out nice!!
