You can find a decent runner for 10,000-15,000...

And by that I means one with a decent body, that wont be a constant money pit, but you will only be getting a 318 auto. To get the real deal, 440 with a 4 speed your looking at 25-30 grand, more so for numbers matching.

I bought mine 6 years ago for under 10,000 but since then the prices have gone up and the amount of work that has been done to it has negated any money difference.

I drove one of these for a couple of months as a teen ager. it had a 383, manual trans. but found out it had a 440 at one time by counting the teeth on the flywheel. It was black with a white interior and 8 track deck!
