What's really entertaining is the choreographer himself. While Beyonce is always fab, fierce, and flawless, the end result of what she is and what we see comes from the effort of her team--the effort of people like that choreographer who work put in that hard work and effort *before* she even steps into the studio.

@jaliks1988 I think you meant the effort of her team as well as her effort :) all the members of her team specialize in a specific area; & the aspect that they bring to her performances pertains only to their given expertise. Beyonce, on the other hand, is responsible for knowing everything from lighting cues to the segways to the choreography, etc, etc. & even the hair, makeup, & wardrobe has to be approved by her. You are right tho, it is definitely a team effort & her entire team is great!
