Amazing stuff. I ran across this song on a compilation of eclectic music & had to know more about it.

I figured this was some obscure track recorded decades ago that someone had dusted off & rereleased.

That's because the DIRTY BEACHES sound is that damn good! He captures a long forgotten era & sound we don't hear much about these days.

It's haunting, yet beautiful & filled with soul.

Twin peaks...Maybe...but what i notice far more is that lil' guy is quite the crooner...and he's not afraid of reverb....2 thumbs up...song fantastic video very original and the ACE TONE at the end.....Had the opportunity to cook one of those back in 85'...think it was 20 yrs old then....with a distortion pedal and a 64' strat....Before it smoked out...it was pure tone....couldn't believe how good that nothing lil' amp could sound...^_^,,...Love this all the way around...Thanks guys^_^

This is freakin' brilliant. I imagine this dude watches a lot of David Lynch films and Twin Peaks. I find this song brilliant, as well as haunting. I have that piano riff embedded in my brain and find myself constantly playing it back in my head. One of the most amazing hooks in a pop song, ever. Bravo!!!!!!
