It's so annyoing when interviews are done like that. I mean, the interviewer just stops everything and starts babbling in portugease. That's just stupid, and propably annyoing to musicians. USE SUBTITLES, people can read, you know?

Of coure Bruce is a better singer. But that doesn´t change the fact that The X Factor is a better record than most of the ones Bruce recorded with the band (way better than SIT, FOTD, NPFTD, BNW, DOD, AMOLAD). It´s got a lot of heart and attitude and the best lyrics on a Maiden record ever. A fresh start for a classic band with a lot o fuel in their tanks.

Exactly!! The Band is bigger than who's singing the vocals. It wouldn't bloody matter if Nico was, or whoever, as long as its Iron Maiden :D

Bruce is much more better singer, and Virtual XI (it's pretty good album and there are some very good songs, but still) doesn't have the... mm... "soul".

But The X-Factor is amazing album! I think it's better than Di'Anno era albums or Powerslave, for example (but Aces High, title track and Rime are of course fucking great songs). Maybe The X-Factor does'nt sound so good, when we talk about the production, but it's very good album with amazing dark feeling!

Blaze was ok. I didn't think much of his mutton chops but his singing was pretty good and suited Iron Maiden. He had a big job to fill walking in Bruce's shoes and he held up alright. UP THE IRONS. UP ADRIANS MULLET.
