if you use guns and swords, obviously your intent is much more the intimidating criminals, Id say more on the true justice path, however if there dead, then theres no way to be identified, so why wear a mask, wouldnt the act of stealth and capture be more stealthy.. the costume road although cute and symbolizing, its not practical and no one will take you either seriously or see you as a threat good or bad.
