congrats for making good from bad... this is a great interim project - BUT the ultimate goal is getting these 'big' companies to stop filling their irresponsible packaging with crap. if consumers don't buy the crap then companies will stop producing it. simple - but then you will no longer have a 'zero cost' material. remember, that supporting / promoting theses product(s) endorses what they are producing and there ARE many forms of pollution.
@quinessence Yeah, another thing is they fill half the packet with air a lot of the time, like in a bag of crisps/potatoe chips you'll notice this. Waste of materials, to make the packets look larger.
