In both the alleged services to a fake pimp and the alleged voter registration fraud. In the first case, the case was thrown out and the tapes deemed "deceptively edited," in the second, no AG found wrongdoing. ACORN flagged the questionable registrations ("Mickey Mouse", etc) and brought them to the attention of authorities - exactly as they are legally required to do.

Everything she said is true. She fails to actually be aware that most, if not all, Tea Partiers hate Obama because he is black. It goes beyond simple dislike of taxes to a serious hatred of minorities, be they illegal immigrants or their perceived welfare queens. You never see them standing with signs that say "End Corporate Welfare" or "end Corporate Greed and Abuse." Tea Partiers are hand-in-hand with the Glenn Beck followers who oppose "social justice." They are opposed to Acorn's foundation.
