    It was a part of TV show Smap×Smap. it's called 'Dugakunen' Takuya meets people who are the same age of Takuya. They talk about their life, job, and what is important of life etc... or if the person is firend of Takuya, they just talk daily life. He does this in the ratio once in several years.

    This guesses from his hairstyle and will not be a time of 2002? maybe?

    Sorry, again. The song is 2002 Drink SMAP album version. It was from 2002. I suppose.... if you want to see whole, I think 'todus.com' has it. search it.
