@poll7702 go to forums(dot)xda(dot)com first and "log in" first before click on the link. I am not sure why its doing that but that should be a fix.

Hi there, I am running android cyanongenmod7 v2.0 I cannot seem to get any updates to make it 2.4 like yours. The Cyanogen updater doesnt seem to work for some reason. I dont have windows on my phone anymore so this version has completely wiped windows off the phone. Android is running very well but would like to have the new update. hope you can help me with this. Thanks

@danteasemota123 I am using NAND but the beginning process can be done through the computer. But you need a SD Card to make the process easier for upgrades and flashing roms etc

@danteasemota123 to get the rom onto the HD2 you will need an SD card. This rom however has been pulled from XDA but there are others that work great too.

For the menu option on home screen, when you press the call button the menu comes up, if you press the windows button on the phone does the menu come up?

@uwaila089 Ya my buttons have been changed because the Windows Button broke so I used Button Remapper to change the buttons. If your HD2 buttons work fine then the Windows button will act like the menu button and the call button will open the phone app.

Hi androiduser2008 no disrespect but I really don't like Android. I bought a phone that had this cyanogen mod7 on a craigslist HD2 and i was hoping you could tell me how to uninstall it and put either the stock rom or windows phone 7 on it thanks.

oh and windows mobile device center won't recognize it to flash that way

@rollx2015 No problem its not for everyone, You can flash windows 7 from what I have heard. I havent done it myself but if you email me I can try to help you out.

@MrIlikeitupmyass If you are coming from another android rom just login to your gmail account and they should sync. If you are coming from a Windows rom make sure your contacts are saved on your sim card so when you use this rom just import your contacts from you sim card.

@Jayef93 Sorry you have to be a member of XDA to download the rom. Creating the account if free and so is the download. It doesnt take that long either. Have fun.

@oguzhangunes I have the 1028MB HD2 and I use this ROM which I think is one of the best. I read that this rom works on the 512MB HD2 too. I would go with this one if I was you too.

Dont think the tethering works for cm7. If you know something then let me know. I'm currently flashing back to 6.1 to tether until the RC of cm7 is available.

yeaaa the battery life is amazing!!! love this build!! but i have a problem...the call valume always so loud, i always need to do volume up then volume down to fix the volume :/
