A good start, Balala. Though quite hazy and not well fleshed out, Balala has a point. Maybe an 8-wk break rather than 20 wks might be the way to go. Kids will not forget too much and they can even get into summer schools/camps and learn useful skills. Also, for domestic tourism to really work, there shd be incentives such as discount rates and fees during the low tourism season.
