  • Why is it that the 3d videos we put up where we put just a little effort end up going viral, but our videos that we spend days on are lucky to just hit 500? :)

  • @bcin3d The Internet works in mysterious ways... I don't know why anyone aside from people working on the final film would want to watch this, but somehow it became my most viewed YT3D video.

  • Great 3D effect!!!

    Thanks mate

  • What is the name of this song?

  • @jbkrule "Kindness and Patience: Staircase of Perils, Test 2" by Sayonara Auranaya

  • @moonglowdude thank you, do you know where I could buy it?

  • @jbkrule Their whole album is available to download for free on their bandcamp site. I added a link to the video description. And the band thanks you for your interest :)

  • @moonglowdude even better thanks for the link!

  • which one is the one the used in theaters?

  • @AssyrianAtheist Movie theaters use polarized glasses (in the US) or shutter glasses (in Europe, also used by most of the new 3DTV's). You can watch this in these formats, but only on a 3D monitor that specifically uses that format.

The anaglyph options (red/cyan, amber/blue, green/magenta) work on any computer monitor, and the glasses are cheap, but they don't reproduce colors accurately. Red/cyan are the most commonly used on the internet.

  • anybody know the name of the song?!

  • @crackaman "Kindness and Patience: Staircase of Perils, Test 2" by Sayonara Auranaya

  • @moonglowdude thank you kindly and congrats on all the hard work n being featured on gawker today!

  • @crackaman Oh snap, I was featured on Gawker?

    Thanks for watching! :)

  • darn, i left my red/blue glasses at home today.

  • Which kind of 3D is the kind you get in the cinema? Like what kind was Avatar in?

  • @GavinH Movie theaters use polarized glasses (in the US) or shutter glasses (in Europe, also used by most of the new 3DTV's). You can watch this in these formats, but only on a 3D monitor that specifically uses that format. The glasses from Avatar won't work on your monitor.

The anaglyph options (red/cyan, amber/blue, green/magenta) work on any computer monitor, and the glasses are cheap, but they don't look very good.

  • @moonglowdude Cool, thanks.

  • @GavinH No problemo. Red/cyan are the most common, you can get a free pair here: rainbowsymphony . com / free-3d-glasses . html (take out the spaces)

  • The cross-eye 3d works... it just hurts after a while.

  • Looks promising :D
